Some creatures come uninvited – appearing softly between sleep and waking. This one came quietly, but with a clear message: “Paint me.”
The moment I drew the first line, I knew this wouldn’t be a regular seahorse. He had energy. Power. Something ancient and slightly surreal. A stallion from the deep.
This piece was created using mixed media – watercolor, ink, colored pencils, gold accents… whatever was within reach became part of the story. That’s what I love most: letting intuition lead the way and layering technique with emotion.
