Meet the Octopus – A Bit of Gold, a Touch of Dreams, and Lots of Color

Sea creatures have something absolutely magical about them, don’t they? They’ve always fascinated me – like visitors from another world, so close yet completely out of reach. Even though we share the same planet, their world feels like it belongs to a different reality. Maybe that’s why they often sneak into my dreams and then find their way onto paper – sometimes intentionally, and other times as a bit of a surprise.

This octopus is another piece from my golden series. I love the contrast between the intense reds, deep blues, and the golden background – there’s something so special about adding those golden touches that bring the artwork “to the surface.”

For this one, I used a mixed technique – watercolor paints, watercolor markers, and watercolor pencils. It’s such a fun combination that allows me to play with textures and details.

And this is just the beginning! More pieces from this series are coming soon – if you’re curious about when they’ll appear in my shop, make sure to follow me here and on social media.

I’d love to hear your thoughts – what do you see in this octopus? What emotions does it stir? Let me know, I always enjoy hearing your impressions!

PS: Keep an eye on my shop – maybe this octopus will find its new home with you!

This version keeps the light and personal tone while being polished for English readers. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to tweak!
